What an amazing day for our members attending our basic mountain skills navigation training over the weekend (2nd March 2024) at Tollymore National Outdoor Centre. A bitterly cold adventure when the learning moved outside but our attendees had a great time all the same!
This session was subsidised for all 12 attendees with thanks to funding from SportNI. UFRC members can avail of many subsidised training opportunities throughout the year. A huge thanks to the trainers at Tollymore and to William Mitchell for facilitating the session on behalf of the executive committee.
