About

Following on from a successful Sperrins Hillwalking Festival in 1996, our club was formed by a few walkers who saw the potential and seized the opportunity to form a club.  We are proud to say we still have some of the founding members onboard and actively walking. We are a very sociable group with membership spanning the length and breadth of Northern Ireland.  As such our walk program covers this landscape with the occasional dip into Donegal too.  We appreciate the beauty of our landscape and as such walk at a leisurely pace with ample time to stop and enjoy the views along the way.

New walkers are welcome to join us for two complimentary walks after which membership is required at an annual subscription of £20 (restricted to persons over the age of 18).  Download our program from our website and/or follow us on Facebook/Instagram for more detailed information pre and post walks.

For your first walk drop us a message in advance so we can keep an eye out for you and/or discuss potential car sharing opportunities.
