Walk with Maine Rambling Club

Walk location: Cushendall, Co. Antrim
Meeting location: Life boat car park, Cushendall
A walk to enjoy the spectacular coastline and pretty village of Cushendall. The walk will include the coast path to Layde church and then return via quiet country roads.
Directions: Meeting point is in large cark south of Cushendall village beside the Lifeboat station.

Suitability: Above 18. Walkers should be reasonably fit and used to walking off-road.
Key things about Maine Rambling Club:
- We are a small friendly club that enjoys walking in Counties Antrim, Derry and Tyrone – and sometimes further afield.
- Most of our members are 50+ and come from Antrim, Ballymena or Templepatrick areas.
- Our Sunday afternoon walks are normally 5-6 miles in length.
What to bring:
- Walking boots or shoes
- Waterproof coat and possibly overtrousers if wet
